How Much Does Driver CPC Training Cost?

There are many companies throughout the UK that offer Driver CPC training. There’s no fixed price for Driver CPC training so prices paid will vary. It’s therefore worth shopping around and speaking to several training firms before committing to a course. At Kingfisher Training prices start from as little as £35 (+vat minimum numbers required) for a 7 hour session. We provide training for individuals and companies. We can accommodate individuals on our existing courses or run bespoke courses for your staff. Training courses can be held at our dedicated training facilities or at your chosen location.

Do I Need to Do Periodic Driver CPC Training?

The driver qualification card will need to be renewed every 5 years and this is achieved by completing periodic Driver CPC. If you already held a PCV or LGV licence prior to 2008, you too will need to undertake periodic Driver CPC in order to now drive on a hire or reward basis.

How long will Driver CPC Training Take?

Periodic Driver CPC will require a commitment of 35 hours of predominantly classroom based training. Periodic Driver CPC must be undertaken every 5 years of your professional driving career. This will consist of 5 modules, each lasting a minimum of 7 hours.
